Sample Submission Process

  1. Sample Submission Form
  2. Project Meeting
    • Our team will reach out to schedule a Technical Discussion Meeting to review your samples and project goals.

    • If you prefer to request a Technical Discussion before Sample Submission Form, please Contact Us

  3. Scope of Work (SOW)
    • Based on the technical discussion, we will prepare your Scope of Work (SOW) and Quotation Document for your review, approval and signature.

    • Clients may also provide a Purchase Order (PO) if required by their internal procurement or accounts payable process.

  4. Service Execution and Report Delivery
    • Standard Turnaround:Results are typically delivered within 10 business days after receipt of samples and order confirmation.

    • Preliminary Results: Preliminary findings will be presented via Teams meeting approximately 10 business days after sample receipt.

    • Final Report: A formal report will follow 20 business days after sample receipt.

    • Rush service is available with an additional rush fee.

  5. Invoice and Payment
    • Upon completion of services, an invoice will be issued according to agreed payment terms.

Sample Submission Guidelines

  1. Minimum Sample Amount
    • Proteins and peptides:

      • 50 – 100 µg (e.g. 2 mg/mL, 50 µL) for peptide mapping,

      • 20 – 50 µg (e.g. 2 mg/mL, 25 µL) for all intact mass, reduced mass, and other protein/peptide analysis.

      • Concentration of protein samples must > 1 mg/mL. If between 0.1 mg/mL to 0.9 mg/mL, email info@anaprolab.com prior to submission.

    • Oligonucleotides: > 1 nmol sample (e.g. 100 µL of 10 µM)

    • Small molecules: 50 – 100 µg (e.g. 2 mg/mL, 50 µL)

  2. Storage and Handling
    • Submit samples frozen in dry ice or ice packs properly labeled.

    • For protein samples, buffer exchange samples to 20 mM Tris HCl, pH7.5 or 20 mM PBS, pH7.5, if it contains PS-20 or PS-80 or PEG.

  3. Sample Information
    • For accurate mass measurement, please provide target molecular weight, molecular formula, and sequence on Sample Submission Form.

    • Proteins, peptides, and oligonucleotides: provide sequence information.

    • Small molecules: provide molecular formula and / or structure information.
